Refunds and Exchanges Policy for Tracy Nicole Clothing: We will gladly accept any item that does not fit or is damaged. Please let us know before mailing back via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a note of your request in the package.
Merchandise has to be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION within THREE DAYS of receiving. Condition of returned merchandise has to be UNWORN in the original condition. A refund, minus the shipping, will be credited to you by the same payment method in which you paid
after the returned merchandise is received.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Sale items and pre orders are final however can be exchanged.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. (Unless there we have approved the return)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or does not fit properly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
